Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. 
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to offer compensation to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If the item is not received due to an issue with the destination country’s customs protocols, we cannot provide reimbursement.

Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt. The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is“saleable.”
