Hirshleifers Inc. aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit or full refund.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met*:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt. The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is “saleable.”
If an item is listed as "final sale", it may be excluded from our normal return policy. All 60% discounted items are final sale.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

U.S. customers must contact email@example.com for return shipping label. International customers must provide own shipping label. Package item(s) in box and send using provided shipping label.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item separately. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Please note items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Store credit only within 10 days of purchase. All sale merchandise is final sale.
Shipping charges will be determined at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to offer compensation to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If the item is not received due to an issue with the destination country’s customs protocols, we cannot provide reimbursement.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
