Shipping charges will be determined at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact shop@hirshleifers.com. Please note that next day air orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to offer compensation to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If the item is not received due to an issue with the destination country’s customs protocols, we cannot provide reimbursement. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

For purchases shipped within the United States, you may exchange or return eligible item(s) for store credit or refund of the item price. Return shipping labels from addresses in the United States will be provided for returns or exchanges via our self-service returns portal. Refunds will be processed for the price of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If an item is listed on our website as "final sale", it is excluded from our normal return policy. All items discounted 60% or greater are final sale.
Customers outside of the United States may return eligible item(s) for a refund of the item price. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed for the price of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping costs, including international customs fees and duties will not be refunded.
We do not offer free exchanges to clients shopping outside of the United States.
