US customers shopping on our website enjoy free ground shipping on orders $250+. For orders below $250, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and they may vary by merchandise and destination. All orders require a signature for delivery. We cannot deliver to a PO box. You must provide a secure residential or business address for delivery. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Next day air orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).

For International orders to eligible countries*, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and may vary by merchandise and destination. International orders are shipped by UPS or DHL. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

International orders to eligible countries* are shipped DDP (delivered duty paid). Shopify Managed Markets will calculate and collect duties and taxes automatically at checkout. These costs are in addition to the merchandise price and shipping fees charged at checkout. Please note, once you have submitted your order and we have fulfilled your order we are unable to refund or reimburse duties and taxes collected.

*We no longer ship orders to EU countries and EFTA Markets due to EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Period) Compliance requirements in those regions.

*We are unable to deliver an order to any shipping destination in Mexico that includes items with HS Code HS64 (shoes).

*We are unable to deliver an order to any shipping destination outside of the United States that includes jewelry or watches that cost more than $5,000 USD per individual item.

For purchases shipped within the United States, you may exchange or return eligible item(s) for store credit or refund of the item price. Return shipping labels from addresses in the United States will be provided for returns or exchanges via our self-service returns portal. Refunds will be processed for the price of the returned item(s) only. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt. 
• Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and saleable with the original tags and packaging. Hirshleifers Inc. reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable. Item(s) that are worn, damaged or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
• If an item is listed on our website as "final sale", it is excluded from our normal return policy. All items discounted 60% or greater are final sale.
• Books must be un-opened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Large books with "final sale" noted in the product description cannot be returned.
  
  Any order shipped outside of the United States is a final sale. Hirshleifers does not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
